Vegetarian Diet Vs Omnivorous Diet
Vegetarian: a person who does not eat meat or fish, and sometimes other animal products, especially for moral, religious, or health reasons (Oxford). Evolution dictates undisputedly the fact that in order to survive all animals including human beings must consume the by-products of DNA (Evolution). Since living organisms (i.e. Plants &/or Animals) are the only provisions for DNA, their consumption is vital in securing a position in the cycle of life. For many, taking on the role of a vegetarian is far from thought. It may be because of the great difference in taste between the two that separates a person from even the slightest cooperation with the idea or the simple but vast feeling of the unwillingness to change something that’s working. Some might even argue that an herbivorous diet is no where near as healthy as an omnivorous diet. Well, the truth is, a vegetarian diet can indeed actually prove to be healthy. Once it is carefully and properly planned out, of course. In fact the design of a human’s intestinal tract, being long and all places homo-sapiens more in the category of herbivorous than carnivorous. As longer intestines allow herbivores more time to break down and assimilate tough-to-break-down plant fiber (Walker, 2006). A diet absent of meat can prove to be more advantageous than the contrary; as it consists of lower levels of total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol which allows for a lower risk of obesity, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure; and diabetes. Such a diet can also be more cost effective in certain countries and provide an idea of being morally right.

My findings with the Bodybuilders diets are they are both very similar to one another. First off both diets consist of many meals throughout the day that are very high in protein (about 30-50g every 3 hours). Although Arnold Stays away from eggs, Jay eats 10 eggs a day. And as far as other protein sources they are very similar as they both use Whey Protein drinks and eat only lean meats including Chicken, Fish, and steak.
