Expatriates are playing an important role in the United Arab Emirates in both private and public sectors. UAE offers foreign high salaries, benefits and high living standards. United Arab Emirates, suffer from a dearth in hiring young locals. In Abu Dhabi, Emiratis aged under 25 occupy about 65 percent of the Emirati population.
