Abstract This study investigates the main and interactive effects of job characteristics on the creativity of frontline service employees. Past research investigates the link between job complexity, an index measure of job characteristics, and employee creativity. This study follows a component-wise approach in studying the influence of each job characteristic on the creativity of employees. The approach overcomes a number of limitations such as the sole reliance on the intrinsic motivation rationale. In addition, we conduct this research in services, whereas past research has focused…...

Deshmukh Prof.& Head, Bapurao Deshmukh College of Engineering, Sevagram, Wardha, India Ram.R.Wayzode Lecturer, Suryodaya College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur, India Prof. N. G. Alvi Prof,Suryodaya College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur,India ABSTRACT In this study a dynamic simulation was conducted on a crankshaft from a single cylinder four stroke engine. Finite element analysis was performed to obtain the variation of stress magnitude at critical locations. The pressure-volume diagram was used to calculate the load boundary condition in dynamic simulation model, and other simulation inputs were taken from the engine specification chart. The dynamic analysis was done analytically and was verified by simulation in ADAMS which resulted in the load spectrum applied to crank pin bearing. This load was applied to the FE model in ABAQUS, and boundary conditions were applied according to the engine mounting conditions. The analysis was done for different engine speeds and as a result critical engine speed and critical region on the crankshaft were obtained. Stress variation over the engine cycle and the effect of torsional load in the analysis were investigated. Results from FE analysis were verified by strain gages attached to several locations on the crankshaft. Results......

Mcommerce involves the use of mobile devices such as mobile phones and PDA’s in carrying out electronic transactions.Just like e-commerce, the security of mcommerce applications is critical, especially when it involves applications that deal with user sensitive data such as credit cards details, medical details etc. Authentication and secure payment is a major security issue when it comes to carrying out mobile financial transactions remotely. However, the security issues that arise with the growth in this field cannot be neglected. For example, how does one ensure that participants in an m-commerce transaction are who they claim to be (authentication)? Also, how does one support secure financial transactions in m-commerce businesses? Credit card fraud is identity theft in its most simple form. It can happen when your pre-approved credit card offers fall into the wrong hands. Acc to survey,The Federal Trade Commission estimates that 10 million people are victimized by credit......

Path similarity represents that many of the alternative paths derived from the k-shortest path algorithm are likely to share a lots of links, so they could not represent heterogeneity. The turning restrictions popularly adopted in real road may violate Bellman’s principle of optimality in searching shortest path, so network expansion technique is widely used to avoid such difficulty. But, this method needs additional works to expand the network. This paper proposes a link-based shortest path algorithm to generate dissimilar paths for the travel information in real road network where exists turn prohibitions. The main merit of proposed model is to provide efficient alternative paths under consideration of overlaps among paths to alleviate the path......

Having high service quality is accepted as one strong competitive advantage that is difficultly built but it brings high success for the company if managed properly. Service quality is following the perceptions of the customer of what he/she thinks that quality of service is about and meeting exactly their expectation. Theoretical background Service quality Defining service quality may mainly be based on assumptions because of the intangible nature that services have. Moreover, different circumstances might shape the definition of service quality differently. (Brown, 1999) Despite the intangibility that describes the services, the second very important element when giving theory based on service quality is that services are heterogeneous. Presenting them varies from producer to producer or from client to client. Finally, the last characteristic describing the services is the inseparability of the production......

Services here in some way delivers differently with my culture back home in Indonesia. However, the goal is the same to achieve customer satisfaction and increase firm’s revenue from the satisfied customer. Most of the services that I encountered here in USA are from restaurants or transportation firms. First, I acknowledge the different level of politeness, some of the attitude perceived as not polite in east culture however actually its consider to be polite here. The easiest part for me probably identifies the physical evidences such as cleanness, neat and good lay out. I was also evaluated the process from the products or services that I acquired, things such as the process time, difficulty level that encounter during the process. One addition thing that I evaluated was how it responds to complain and the after sales service. In overall, most of the services that I experienced were good service in terms of to match with customer need and different in terms of different industry due to different customer segment.
